To work as a core team member in the Design, Development & Implementation of Integrated Management System consists of all the international standards which company subscribes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8001 SEDEX, WRAP, BSCI)• To work as a core team member in the Design, Development & Implementation of Lab Management System (ISO 17025) in the first testing lab of the organization as per new version of standard.• To ensure effective implementation of Integrated Management system in all locations within the organization in coordination with Manager/deputy Manager of IMS through regular monitoring and surprise audits.• To coordinate with third party Accreditation and certification bodies.• To coordinate with Marketing and Design Department to ensure the effective implementation of customer related process like review of customer requirement related to product, to deliver the product on agreed time etc.• To collect data from departments regarding their departmental goal and carry out analysis on monthly basis. • Accountable for continuous revision and document management IMS across organization.• To present data analysis, status of corrective &preventive action reports (CAR/PAR) and good management practices, area of improvements in Management Review Meeting for continual improvement in the system• To monitor critical areas like preservation of material, preventive/Breakdown maintenance system of machinery/Equipment, customer complaint system, Calibration system, rejection of material on floor, shortage and issuance of excess material etc. • To evaluate the risks of the processes and departments and implement the control accordingly for business continuity as per ISO 9001:2015 Standard.• To Suggest and implement appropriate and feasible control measures / engineering solutions to mitigate risks/impacts.• To develop a culture of 5S,Kaizen,Lean Manufacturing ,six sigma across organization through rigorous training.

• Responsible for the implementation, management, and successful operation of the Total Quality Management process in plant to tracks progress against the plan and leads issue resolution (gap analysis and adjustments to plan)

• Perform daily GEMBA and tier2meeting for Root cause analysis of defects and coordinate with concern departments for reduction of defects.

• Develop, design process and technical improvement projects such as, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, administrative processes, efficiency maximization and value engineering that will significantly impact on process controls and cost reduction.

• Improve sigma level by reducing process variability, control process in complex problems through Six Sigma approach.

• Achieving Quality Assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.

• Maintaining and improving product quality by completing product, company, system; investigating customer complaints.

• Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

• To resolve issues relating to nonconformity of product and process.

• To analyze QC data using statistical techniques if deviation from the standard is continued.

• To compile and analyze data of claims, and make recommendations for corrective/preventive action.

• Prepare skill matrix to identify the skill level staff and evaluate training needs.

• To assist QHSE Specialist in Internal Quality Audit for IMS (Integrated Mnagement Systems).

Job responsibilities : Include the Process improvements in whole factory by keeping the safety, quality, productivity high and reduction in defects , cost of process and Improvisation in layout for better Ergonomic design & Verifying and modifying the Documentations of Process (PQCT 1 and PQCT 2), Work instruction, SOPs, (MOS), Control Cards, Check sheets, Quality Defect analysis, Incident Investigation, Troubleshooting of the breakdowns, Designing the Safe Working Systems and Workstations for employees by keeping in mind Basic Fire Safety, Chemical Safety, Electrical Safety, Hearing Protection, Performing the HIRAC analysis, FMEA, Work Element Analysis, Muda Analysis, Process Flow maps, Therbling analysis, Time and Motion Study, Method Study and following Cost saving and Improvement Projects have done in SANPAK:
 Implementation of LEAN 6 SIGMA through standardization of flux spraying on Y5A (EFI Mehran) to achieve premium quality, safety and reliability of the Muffle (Oven brazing) [1 million saving per anum].
 Energy efficient management program for Ecosystem Optimization by using industrial Statistical analysis for the reduction of Green House Gas Emissions (GHG) [4 million saving per anum].
 Defect Rate & Productivity Optimization in MIG welding by using Six Sigma methodology [2 million saving per anum].
 Optimization of cycle time, Chemical cost and production at Surface treatment area for Mehran EFI.
 Design of Experiments for the FMEA for the development of the Estimated Regression Equation and Poison Regression analysis of FMEA the better fitted results
